Yes, the initial 60s waste of time which you'll never ever get back in life must be removed. Upping the mouse sensitivity setting from 5 to 50 fixed the slow turning issue. I paid for Ready or Not like 6 months ago and no word on what's going on with that game (SWAT4 clone) but perhaps this game can fully develop into a true SWAT 5 with a LOT of development (at the current rate, I'd reckon, maybe 3 more years at min) Overall, I don't know if this game is more SWAT or more Rainbow Six (both are awesome) but it feels like it's kinda between the 2 with a tilt towards SWAT. Rooms are mostly barren and cookie cutter. The game env is also bereft of a lot of things that made SWAT feel so alive. I just have 23 total so it will take a lot of retries to get the map cleared given there's 23 enemies and they can all single shot you. I need 80 pts for the 2nd map but I got 23 for first map and then 15 but it didn't stack. The whole point system for SP seems needless. An option for us who want it makes sense. CROSS HAIRS are a MUST (aiming reticule). Why can't we control the Grenade arc swing?ģ. Can the intensity be reduced so it's not just a white screen when engaged with no light pollution around.Ģ. The night vision is not that good and it is quite irritating to use. I've waited like 10min just at that screens.ġ. I meant after it is all loaded, there's a needless 30s wait to plan and 30s join game which is a waste of time for SP. This is taking a lot more mouse movement as the char slowly seems to turn to that direction.įor 3, I wasn't clear. When I need to look behind or left or right I move my mouse to swing my char to that direction. I don't think it is my mouse sensitivity issue. If you looking for some ppl for coop actions, feel free to add me :) got some guys, and it's a blast t play with ppl, communicate ingame and maybe unlock the newer maps.įor 2 turning - I meant char turning around. Rate of fire is one of the next things they will add with Update 4 + new animations n stuff, so this means some of the clunkys will be fixed at all. Yeah it's slow paced, and sometimes clunky, but you can get used to it and the slower movement is for sure one of the main thing in this game, and it's needed at all. Thanks for the feedback.įirst of all, thanks for supporting have the save thoughts on that as you, but here are some informations on that: Update part 4 is coming out soon consisting animation and sound overhaul along with some minor changes (selecting fire mode) which will make gameplay experience better over all. Yes, in the lobby you have to load up the map before you can start (no.3). I didn't really understand what you meant by turning (no.2). Mod capability so people can create all the weapons/maps/missions etc.Īnd definitely improve the game speed so the gameplay is not turtle speed. Mission Editor so people can work wonders and increase game longevityĢ. Overall, great start with several basic flaws but has promise.ġ. char movement is super super slow and clunkyħ. Where's the aiming reticule? Cross-hair? Kinda crazy to have a game without it. Playing solo - there's a needless wait for something before I can hit start. Also people are generally very welcoming to players, might be worth giving coop a shot and see what you think.Originally posted by ironmanmk42:After playing a few mins -Ģ. If you're struggling with Ready Or Not solo, you can download mods which alter enemy behaviour further and make it less punishing. However, it's very cheap so you won't lose much if you buy, play for more than two hours and decide you don't like it. My thoughts are, Zero Hour is fun with friends but not that engaging solo. Ready Or Not is easier in my opinion because in solo you have AI teammates who you can equip with different gear to suit the mission. Typically, the tighter the level the easier it is, as enemies can spot you from miles away on larger levels with open ground. Zero Hour is still punishing as you have a fairly realistic loadout, maximum of two grenades so it mainly comes down to individual skill. I can't speak for Ground Branch fully as I haven't bought it, I know about the extensive customisation and levels but that's it.
